10 Year Lease Back

Receive rent for 52 weeks a year for 10 yrs….Guaranteed!  and no, it’s not built into the price.

Never worry about vacancies again. For a nominal fee ($15pw), Freedom Road Properties will lease your property back from you for 10 years at market rent. That means we become your primary tenant and sub let it out to another tenant. You receive rent on the same day every month regardless of whether your property is tenanted or not. We take all the risk. The features of the program are:

1.  Lease Back commences 1 month after hand over of keys by the builder.

2.  If we rent your property before then, we will pay you from when the sub tenancy begins.

3.  We guarantee to pay you market value rent at the time. E.g if an independent rent appraisal says that your property should rent for between $380-$400 pw, we guarantee to pay you a minimum of $380 pw till the next rent review (every 6 months). If we actually get $390pw, you will receive $390 pw.

4.  You can leave the program at any time within the 10 years, but once you leave, you cannot rejoin.

5.  You must have acceptable landlords insurance.

6.  You must have your property professionally managed through our property management partners.

7. We pay you on the same day each month, whether your property is vacant or not.
